It has been confirmed that President Muhammadu Buhari has on Friday, June 26, 2015 dissolved the board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation with an immediate effect.
This order was issued in a statement released via electronic media, signed by Haruna R. Imrana, Director of Communications, Head of Civil service of the Federation on Friday, June 26, 2015.
The statement said the directive to that effect was conveyed in a letter signed on Friday, June 26, 2015 by Barr. Danladi Kifasi, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
President Muhammadu Buhari also expressed his gratefulness over the endeavours of the dissolved board in serving the Nigeria.
