There has been a fire incident at the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Secretariat in Abuja.
The fire which started Monday evening, April 14, 2014 affected some parts of the Press Centre.
The national publicity secretary of the PDP, Olisa Metuh has confirmed the fire incident in a press release, calling it a “minor fire incident.”
Metuh said the fire which was caused by some electrical faults at about 8:15 p.m. was promptly put off by men of the Federal Fire Service.
He said he rules out any form of sabotage or attack and hereby wishes to inform all their members and teaming supporters that the matter has since been put under control.
