Dr Chike Akunyili, husband of Late Prof. Dora Akunyili’s husband has been shot dead by gunmen.
He was shot dead by yet to be identified gunmen on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Anambra.
His death has been confirmed by his brother, Cyril Akunyili
His wife, who was Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, did in June 2014 after a battle with cancer.
