House of Representatives member, Yusuf Tanko Sununu, who represents Ngaski/Shanga/Yauri Federal Constituency of Kebbi State at the House of Representatives has confirmed the abductions of students and teachers of Government Girls’ College, Birnin Yauri, Kebbi State.
The students were abducted by unknown gunmen on Thursday afternoon, June 17, 2021.
While confirming the incident to newsmen at the National Assembly, Sununu noted that the number of students and teachers abducted is yet to be confirmed.
He appealed to federal government to ensure that those abducted are rescued.
