The Economic and Financial crimes commission, EFCC, has arrested the immediate past Governor of Anambra state, Mr Willie Obiano.
Obiano was arrested at Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos while he was trying to flee Nigeria to Houston Texas in the USA.
His arrest comes just hours after he handed over to the fifth governor of Anambra state, Chukwuma Charles Soludo.
