There is mayhem around Mile 2 axis of Apapa/Oshodi area of Lagos state, reports say.
According to an eyewitness, men from the Lagos state task force on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 went seizing motorcycles (okada) belonging to commercial riders.
One okada rider was allegedly shot in the process which led to a riot.
There are road blocks along the express and tyres are being burnt by the protesters.
