[pull_quote_center]”Open your hearts to us. We have wronged no one, we have corrupted no one, we have cheated no one.” II Corinthians 7:2 NKJV[/pull_quote_center]
I wonder how many of us can honestly say like Apostle Paul that we have not wronged anyone. Someone just said, “But nobody is perfect.” I agree; but Paul was also imperfect! Yet he put it in writing, for every generation to see that he neither wronged nor cheated anyone!
Being Christians we’ve got to live by higher standards. Years ago, I was told about a pastor who was given money to purchase furniture for an office; it was a contract actually; and that pastor never bought the furniture! The man who told me the story, and I have heard a few other people say so too, said that it’s better to do business with nonbelievers. That’s too bad!
How then do we ask those same people to open their hearts to us? How then will they believe this gospel that we preach? Brothers and sisters; let’s do our best to live blameless lives. In all that we say and do, let God be glorified.
