Donald’s Cyberbullying: Bill Clinton Says He Feels Sorry For Melania Trump

Must read

On Thursday, November 3, 2016, Melania Trump, in her first speech on the 2016 trail, said she’d work to improve a social media culture that she said has gotten “too mean and too tough” if she became first lady.

“Yesterday, I never felt so bad for anybody in my life as I did for his wife, going out giving a speech saying, ‘Oh, cyberbullying was a terrible thing,'” Clinton said at a campaign rally for his wife, Hillary Clinton, in Pueblo, Colorado. “I thought, yeah, especially if it’s done at 3:00 in the morning against a former Miss Universe by a guy running for president.”

In September, Republican nominee Donald Trump took to Twitter around 3 a.m. ET to slam former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, who at the time became a prominent surrogate in Clinton’s campaign.

Machado said Trump called her “Miss Piggy” and “Miss Housekeeping” after she won the pageant in 1996 and gained weight. At the time, Trump owned the Miss Universe pageant.

Trump tweeted, “Wow, Crooked Hillary was duped and used by my worst Miss U. Hillary floated her as an ‘angel’ without checking her past, which is terrible!”

He continued: “Using Alicia M in the debate as a paragon of virtue just shows that Crooked Hillary suffers from BAD JUDGEMENT! Hillary was set up by a con.”

Bill Clinton said he couldn’t believe Melania Trump spoke about this issue because of her husband’s actions on Twitter.

“I mean none of this is real. You couldn’t make it up,” he said. “The problem is we’re laughing, but it isn’t funny because people’s lives are going to be changed by this.”
