Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state has continued to reveal the several flaws in the Kayode Fayemi administration, revealing that the ex-governor invited former vice president and fellow All Progressives Congress (APC) member, Atiku Abubakar to commission the “300-bed ultramodern” Oba Adejugbe Hospital Complex in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital a few days before leaving office, when the complex was far from completion.
This comes on the heels of the publication of pictures of the new government house built by Fayemi
A statement released by Lere Olayinka, special adviser on information and social media to Governor Fayose, shows photographs of the hospital.
Olayinka said: “Here is the inside of Oba Adejuyigbe General Hospital, Ado Ekiti that was commissioned on October 6, 2014. Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar was brought to Ado-Ekiti by former Governor Kayode Fayemi to commission the uncompleted project.
“As at today, the building is still being painted while other structural works are still going on there. Only the outside was painted before it was commissioned. No single medical equipment is in the building!
