BBC’s Women Footballer of the year 2015, Asisat Oshoala is close to joining Arsenal Ladies team from Liverpool Ladies.
Arsenal Ladies surprised many when they activated the Nigerian’s release clause embedded in her Liverpool contract and The Gunners had no choice but to accept the transfer bid.
The move is now subject to the 21-year-old receiving a work permit. Oshola only signed for Liverpool in 2015 and managed 3 goals in 12 appearances for the club last year.
