A military court martial may be sent up to try seven generals, four colonels and one Lt-Colonels over the handling if the $2.1 arms fund by former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd).
They comprise three serving Major Generals; a retired Major General; three Brigadier Generals; four colonels and one Lieutenant Colonel.
They have already been handed over by the Nigerian Army to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for investigation, according to a statement by Army spokesman. Com. Sani Usman.
He said those indicted would face trial by a court-martial.
