Following the report that Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State has made an arrangement with the North Korean government to offer “technical support” to the state, Nigerians have taken to social media platform to voice their fears over the agreement.

Replying the tweet by El-Rufai’s spokesman, Muyiwa Adekeye announcing the deal, social media users wondered why El-Rufai would choose to deal with an oppressive foreign government with a tall human rights violation record.
