The abducted Kagara Government Science College students, their teachers and family members have been released.
They regained their freedom on Saturday, February 26, 2021..
The just released students and staff have met with the state governor, Abubakar Bello, at the state government house in Minna, the state capital.
Governor Bello said the state government is working to identify the root cause of banditry in the state. He also disclosed that one of the abductees is in the hospital being treated for excessive exhaustion.
