An 82-year-old man was caught by police officials having sex with a 14-year-old girl at the back seat of his car.
The elderly man, identified as Ervin Ray Turner, was arrested by Richmond County police in Georgia, US on a charge of non-aggravated child molestation and other sex related charges.
Around 2:30 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2015 officers received a distress call from a house in Lace Road, over suspicious vehicle parked on a property.
The cops embarked on a search in the area until they finally located the vehicle in a wooded area.
On a further probe, they discovered a young woman lying naked inside the car while Turner performed a sexual act on her.
According to reports, before being arrested, Turner told the officer that he only kissed the girl and asked them to give him a break because he served 30 years in the U.S. Army.
He was remanded into the Charles B. Webster jail.
