A 7-month pregnant woman has died in Onitsha area of Anambra State after allegedly having a sex romp with an unnamed man at an undisclosed hotel, Vanguard reports.
The man, who has been arrested by the police availed that the pair had gone to the hotel on the night of Tuesday, November 11, 2014 only to discover that the woman was dead on the morning of Wednesday, November 12, 2014.
A resident of the area said the couple were just love birds and the man had lodged into the hotel before calling the deceased over the phone before the tragic incident occurred, adding that the woman’s death might have been as a result of charms made by her husband or exhaustion after the sex bout, as he urged the police to conduct a thorough investigation into the case.
The Divisional Police Officer of the Inland Town Police Division, Onitsha, Cosmas Eze refused to comment on the incident, although the matter was later confirmed by Uche Ezeh, the Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer who said that the case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigations Department, Awka, for further investigations.
