52 new cases of Covid-19 has been recorded in Nigeria on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has said.
A breakdown of the new cases across different states in the country is as follows; Taraba-18, FCT-9, Rivers-9, Lagos-7, Akwa Ibom-6, Kano-2, and Kaduna-1.
The 52 new cases of Covid-19 now brings the total number of confirmed cases to 165,273. 2,065 deaths have been recorded while 155,403.
