In a twisted story, five North Carolina indegenes have been arrested for using a daycare center as cover for running a child porn center.
The suspects, four men and a woman are alleged to have run the center in the most deceptive manner, allowing minors have sex with men they met online.
The victims, numbering about 10, both male and female are all said to be have been offered varying amounts of money to have sex with the adult strangers.

A day care and mentoring program operating out of the house of a convicted sex offender turned out to be a front for a child porn operation, that’s according to the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Monday, Investigators arrested four people in connection with the operation but were looking for an unidentified fifth person.
Tuesday morning, deputies confirmed to WRAL that they have arrested the person and identified him as Tommy Wall. Wall was arrested after authorities released photos of him Monday. The images were from a video of him having sex with an adult woman. Investigators told WRAL there is another video of him committing a hands-on sexual act with a child.
Investigators say Bailey Joe Mills, 33, ran the operation out of his former house in Sanford located on Nicole Drive. According to WRAL the operation involved 10 male and female victims ranging between the ages of 1 to 14 and dates back to 2013. Investigators say Mills offered female victims money to have sex with men he found on social media sites.
According to WRAL, Mills was convicted three times on charges related to sexual contact with children:
- 1997, Convicted of Indecent liberties with a minor.
- 2000, Convicted of sexual assault of a child, which required him to register as a sex offender, receive psychological treatment and not be around children under 13. His name was expired from the registry in 2006.
- 2011, Mills was convicted of felony indecent liberties with a child, requiring him to not be around children under 13 without an adult, continue psychological treatment and adhere to a curfew.
- Mills was arrested in January on charges with having sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Investigators also arrested three others charged in connection with the case:
- Elizabeth Holland Mills, 34, is charged with Second Degree Sex Exploitation of a Minor and Indecent Liberties with a child. According to WRAL, she’s married to Joe Mills

- Sgt. 1st Class Jordan Everett Busse, 29, is charged with Felony Conspiracy and Computer Solicitation of a Child.
Rashawn Rodrguez Drake Jackson, 20, is charged with First-Degree Sex Offense with a Child and Felony Conspiracy.
