30 Killed As Explosions Rock Gombe Motor Parks

At least 30 people were confirmed dead and 67 others injured after multiple bomb explosions were recorded at Dadin/Kowa and Dukku motor parks of Gombe State on Wednesday, July 22, 2015.
According to the Abubakar Yakubu, the Secretary, Red Cross Society who spoke to journalists, the bodies of the deceased have alredy been deposited at the Federal Teaching Hospital (FHT) Gombe and Specialist Hospital mortuary while those who wee injured were being treated at the FTH and Speacialist Hospital.Confirming the incidents, the Gombe State Police Public Relations Officer, Fwaje Atajiri aid the Dadin/Kowa explosion occurred around 7:50 pm as people were coming out of a mosque while the Dukku blast occurred about 2 hours later.
