Singer Tiwa Savage and husband Tunji ‘Teebillz’ Balogun have been in the news following their split that went public on Thursday, April 29, 2016.
The social media space has dissected the issue with opinions, jokes, meme’s and insults towards the Mavin artiste and husband of two years.
It all began when Teebillz took to instagram to announce his split from Savage which was followed by a suicide attempt.
Tiwa Savage broke her silence on the matter on Saturday in a 45 minute video.
Tiwa Savage and Teebillz split trended again on social media with meme’s about ‘edible catering’, ‘Zobo’, etc.
Music icon, 2face has responded to the trend in a tweet he posted on his official twitter handle. He wrote: “I’m so disgusted at some people that have been making distasteful jokes out of people’s real life heartbreaking predicament. GOD forgive u.”
