A Florida man is facing charges after he accidentally shot a woman dead during foreplay on Wednesday, May 29, 2019.
Andrew Shinault, 23, was charged for manslaughter with a weapon for shooting a woman, who was also in her 20s, at his home in Valrico, New York Daily News reports.
The shot was fired from a registered handgun while the two were “engaging in an act of foreplay,” police said.
The woman was “shot in the upper body” and taken to a local hospital where she later died.
Shinault was arrested on Friday and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
