A boy and a girl both aged 7 years old and in an elementary class have been caught kissing passionately in class during school hours.
A member of the school’s staff called the attention of the police officials in Florida to the scene after the duo were caught in the act.
Police responded to the call on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the elementary school located in Manatee County.
When they arrived the scene, they learned that two children, were caught kissing each other on the lips during class.
According to World Wide Weird News, an official investigated the incident, but found no irregularities.
He spoke to a teacher who caught the duo in the act, but did not believe that law was violated by locking lips in school.
It was understood that before the police would make an arrest or investigate further, it would have had to be evidence that the kiss was “lewd and lascivious,” as initially reported.
