Two people reportedly died on Saturday, January 17, 2015 during a stampede at the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign in Jos,Plateau State.
Vanguard reports that the unlucky duo met their untimely death as they tried to force their way out of the crowd at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium when the fell and got trampled upon.
The tragic incident occurred after the APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari had spoken to the crowd, pledging to provide security as well as improve the agricultural and education sectors.
