15 Soldiers Sentenced To 4 Years Imprisonment For Refusing To Fight Boko Haram

15 Nigeria soldiers were on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 sentenced to 4 years imprisonment by a military court that sat at the 23rd Armoured Brigade in Yola in Adamawa State.

They were sentenced for refusing orders from their superior to go to war and fight members of the Boko Haram in Adamawa state recently.

The sentenced soldiers who had been in custody for more than three weeks were found guilty.

On charges ranging from disobedience, negligence of duty and refusal to undertake order given to them in the war against the sect members.
