An application seeking to enforce a judgement of the Federal High Court in Abuja committing the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory to prison for disobedience of court order has been made to Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase.

Adekunle Otitoju, lawyer to one Stella Oyedotun, whose property was unduly revoked and allocated to one Senator Umaru Dukku by the then FCT Minister, said the judgement given by Justice Mohammed Talba since July 8, 2015 is yet to be enforced.
