No fewer than thirteen persons were on Sunday, September 27, 2015 killed during an armed robbery attack on a convoy conveying the salaries of civil servants in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Among the deceased victims were eleven soldiers and two civilians who were escorting the convoy transporting $40,000.
The unidentified robbers raved the havoc in the afternoon of the aforementioned date in the Uvira area of South Kivu area of the country.
It is uncertain if they were nabbed or whether they escaped after the attack.
