As collation of votes continue across the country, a number of unconfirmed results have started making its way to the Nigerian media space, especially social media.
With the source of the results seemingly unknown, evidence has shown that the All Progressive Congress (APC) might just be the architect of the data, as a “result room”, where the figures being disseminated are said to be “manufactured.”
See photos below showing Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola in one of such result rooms.
It would be recalled that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had warned that the APC would anounce false results in the aftermath of the elections.
In a related development, the PDP National Chairman Adamu Mu’azu and the Director of Media and Publicity for the PDP presidential campaign organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode have debunked claims that the PDP lost the elections in their respective wards.
Taking to social media platform, Twitter, both men urged PDP supporters to stay calm in the face of APC propaganda, as the Independent National Electoral Commission would announce results soon.

Anxiously awaiting to read the tales by daylight from APC handles today… Their main narrative: unlimited murder and mayhem…

Shame on @PremiumTimesng and @LeadershipNGA who falsely reported that GEJ lost in my polling unit, ward and LGA. We trounced Buhari in all.

All results announced via APC propaganda handles should be disregarded. Only results officially announced by INEC are VALID. #NigeriaDecides
